 we assist your winery with 

distribution, administration, customer service, sales, alcohol tax reporting and payment

our service includes:

- storage at our modern Warehouse placed between two biggest Cities in Sweden (Stockholm and Gothenburg)

- marketing to HoReCa market in Sweden - Distribution of samples 

- assist you with calculating the pricing for your wines

- creating unique discount codes that you can provide to Restaurants and Wine importers

- deliver samples of your wines to Restaurant customer or a Wine importer

- distribution per case or half pallet or full pallet to whole Sweden 

- reporting in EMCS system - Reporting of alcohol tax for import and each sale (once per month) 

- access to our HoReCa customer database ready for your automatical e-mail marketing (CSV and Excel lists with email, phone number, homepage and address to more than 7000 Restaurants in whole Sweden, presented per city) 

- access to Swedish importers database (CSV and Excel lists with email, phone number, homepage and address to more than 300 Wine Importers covering whole Sweden)

- reporting of sales of your products once per month,  together with invoicing for our service and pay out of your sales and exclusive Swedish alcohol tax that we will report and pay for you

- possibilities of exhibiting your wines at  wine fairs in Stockholm / Gothenburg / Malmö (three largest Cities in Sweden). 300€ extra cost + 6 sample bottles  of each wine presented.

  • Start up fee for onboarding

    (one product per pallet)

    Includes 20€ Google and social media merketing

  • Distribution to HoReCa

    Sample: 10€ /bottle 
    Case: 15€ (6 bottles)
    Half pallet* (240 bottles): 60€
    Full pallet* (max 750kg, max 1,8m height): 90€
* Euro pallet that is composed at your winery. If pallet is composed at our Warehouse extra charge for Warehouse worker is collected.
